Signing in to ilyacasino takes the email and password you set at registration — no username, no account number. The login link sits top-right on desktop and behind the menu icon on mobile. If you have not opened an account yet, start with [registration](/registration/) first; the steps below assume you already have credentials.
## Signing in on desktop
The whole process is three fields and one click. If your details are correct you land back on the lobby, logged in, in a couple of seconds.

A practical tip: let your browser save the password rather than reusing one you type everywhere. It removes the typo problem and keeps a unique password per site, which matters more on a cashier account than on most logins.
## Signing in on mobile
Same credentials, slightly different layout. On the mobile site, tap the menu (☰) icon, then **Login**, and the same email-and-password box opens. Enter your details and tap through any 2FA prompt.
If you use the [mobile app](/app/), it can remember your session so you only log in fully after an update or a period of inactivity — handy, but only enable biometric or stay-logged-in options on a phone that is itself locked with a PIN or Face ID.
## Forgot your password
Use the **Forgot password?** link inside the login box — you do not need to contact support for a routine reset. Enter your registered email and you will be sent a reset link.
- The email usually arrives within a few minutes; check spam or promotions folders if it does not.
- The link is time-limited, so open it promptly and set the new password in one sitting.
- Choose something you have not used before rather than a small tweak of the old one.
If no email arrives at all, the address you are typing may not match the one on the account — a different email used at sign-up is a frequent cause. In that case, contact support with the details you registered under rather than requesting reset after reset.
## Common login problems and quick fixes
Most sign-in issues fall into a handful of causes. Work down this table before assuming the account itself is at fault.

## Keeping your account secure
Treat the login like the door to your money, because it is. Two settings do most of the work:
- **Turn on two-factor authentication.** It means a leaked password alone is not enough to reach your balance.
